Yes. We take data privacy seriously. All sensitive info—including client contact details, addresses, and property access instructions (like gate or alarm codes)—is fully encrypted at rest and in transit. Your business data is strictly yours.
Mopwise integrates directly with secure payment gateways, the industry gold standard for online payments. Your clients can pay invoices securely with any major credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. We never store, process, or see credit card numbers.
Absolutely. We charge a flat $19/month, period. No hidden fees, no per-client surcharges, and no tier upgrades based on how many cleaners or jobs you add. We believe in predictable software pricing for growing teams.
Yes. You own your business data. We will soon support downloading your entire client list, job history, and billing records as a clean CSV file at any time (CSV export is coming soon). There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel whenever you like.
